HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return an item, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. If you change your mind within 15 days of receipt, please return the item(s) to My Dolce Wines store and we will happily refund it(them). In order to receive a refund you will need to provide the invoice or receipt for the item(s) you wish to return. We are not able to collect any broken bottles and we can only collect items in their original conditions.
FREE RETURN IN STORE
You can return the item(s) free of charge in store, where we will assist you with a refund under our policy.
RETURN BY POST
If you are unable to get to My Dolce Wines store, you need to post the item(s) to:My Dolce Wines, 25 Cockburn Street, Falkirk FK1 1DJ, United Kingdom
You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting. You will need to pay for the postage but it could be refunded if you receive a wrong item by our mistake. In all other cases we will not be liable for shipping costs. We are not able to accept any responsibility for lost items or damaged ones during transport.
DID YOU ORDER ONLINE?
If the item you wish to return was purchased online, you need to send a request from your account. Simply login into your account and under the section "Orders" find the relevant wine order and click on "Return items?". Follow instructions and submit your request. We will be able to process this once we receive the returned item(s).
