For over 60 years the small local winemakers have grouped together, in order to preserve the local grapes variety and ensure that the quality follows strict procedures from the vines to the bottles.
The province of Padua in Veneto presents alluvial soils in origin and these give some particular accents to the products of the area. One of these is clearly the sparkling red wine produced with Raboso Veronese and Raboso Piave grapes harvested in Mid-October. Raboso is a deep red wine, with intense fruity fragrance and hints of cherry and marasca cherry. Vibrant and distinct. Ideal with pasta dishes, rice with a sauce, red and white meat. We suggest to serve it at 16°C or chiller if you prefer.
